About The Founder

My name is Andrew - I'm the founder of Talent Operator.

My career in recruitment began on the agency side right out of college. Like most people in this industry, I stumbled into my first recruiter role.

Little did I know, it would become my greatest passion.

Fast forward 8 years, and I have been fortunate to achieve some incredible things in the talent acquisition and recruitment space.

  • Led recruitment in one of the largest regions for a fortune 500 company
  • Headhunted the top 1% of talent in the transportation & logistics industry
  • Took a staffing agency startup from zero to $2 million in revenue in 18 months
  • Trained and developed high-performance recruiters in multiple industries
  • Designed and ran global, tech-enabled talent acquisition operations
  • Built a following of 35,000+ recruitment and TA professionals on social media

But it hasn't been all flowers and rainbows. I have failed more times that I can count in my career, and learned plenty of hard lessons along the way.

My career hasn't been defined by any big moments. It's been built brick-by-brick, through the compounding effect of showing up every day and improving my craft.

And now, I'm hoping to share what I've learned (and what I am learning) with you.
